What You’ll Do

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and masking
Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Follow project instructions and safety guidelines
Represent Fresh Coat professionally on job sites and during customer walk-throughs
Accept feedback and continuously improve your skills

What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mindset
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow structured processes and grow within them
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience in residential or commercial painting, or other trades / general labor

Schedule

Monday to Friday
