Painter Job Description

 

Painters will properly prepare the surrounding area with the appropriate protective coverings, prepare the surfaces by identifying and correcting imperfections, applying the correct paint material coverage on a clean surface, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area, complete the project within the allotted productivity time, resulting in a minimum Level 3 Finish based on PCA Standards.

 
Painters must demonstrate the following:
  • Be Reliable and Dependable
  • Accept Accountability
  • Be Customer Centered
  • Be Organized
  • Have the Proper Tools to Perform and Complete the Project Work as a Team.
  • Take Direction
  • Follow the work order
  • Be able to meet a deadline
  • Follow all Health and Safety Protocols
 

All Fresh Coat Painters are required to complete a background check.
