Fresh Coat Painters of El Paso is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled painter to join our team.

We handle residential and commercial projects across El Paso, delivering clean, consistent, high-quality work every time.

Responsibilities

  • Interior & exterior painting
  • Prep work: caulking, sanding, masking, patching
  • Spraying, brushing, and rolling
  • Light drywall and stucco repair
  • Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite
  • Professional communication with clients and team

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years painting experience (professional)
  • ​​​​​​​Must have reliable transportation and valid ID
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be dependable — we start on time, every day

Pay

  • Hourly rate depends on experience and is competitive with the current labor market. Starting at $13/hour
  • Opportunities for advancement and bonuses

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays
  • Part-time to Full-time
