Painting Project Consultant Manager

As Painting Project Consultant Manager (PPCM), you lead the consulting team, ensure accurate project assessments, and deliver a great customer experience. You will survey projects, use our branded estimating software to calculate labor and material costs, and present clear proposals and timelines to customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and support the project consultant team.
  • Conduct on-site project surveys and prepare detailed estimates using Fresh Coat software.
  • Present estimates and project timelines to customers, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Drive new business by providing estimates for prospective clients.
  • Secure targeted number of new projects each month.
  • Assess each project’s requirements, including time, labor, and materials.
  • Serve as the final reviewer for all estimates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Recommend materials and options to customers based on their needs and budget.
  • Clearly communicate project details to the Production Manager and Crew Leader.
  • Maintain thorough digital records for estimates, sales, and project completions in our software.
  • Seek new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and outreach.
  • Complete other tasks as needed to support project and company success.
Requirements:
 
  • 2 or more years of sales and customer service experience.
  • 2 or more years in a management or leadership role.
  • Ability to supervise, lead, and motivate a team independently.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must be willing to complete a background check
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited college.
  • Background or experience in painting services or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Strong time management and planning skills.
