What You’ll Do

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and masking

  • Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

  • Follow project instructions and safety guidelines

  • Represent Fresh Coat professionally on job sites and during customer walk-throughs

  • Accept feedback and continuously improve your skills

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

  • Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mindset

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to follow structured processes and grow within them

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Experience in residential or commercial painting, or other trades / general labor

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday

  • 8-hour shifts

  • Overtime, nights, and weekends as needed
