Painter Job Description

Painters will properly prepare the surrounding area with the appropriate protective coverings, prepare the surfaces by identifying and correcting imperfections, applying the correct paint material coverage on a clean surface, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area, complete the project within the allotted productivity time, resulting in a minimum Level 3 Finish based on PCA Standards.

How do you handle unexpected issues (e.g., hidden damage, incorrect materials, and weather delays). How do you communicate with the Contractor or Client and resolve it.*
Do you have experience working under another contractor's brand/guidelines, and are you comfortable with that arrangement?*
What is your typical weekly availability and how much advance notice do you need to schedule projects?*
